Along the Golf Coast, there are many places that you can enjoy the beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. In fact, on of the best places to visit the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico is in Florida. Florida is a peninsula that goes around the entire peninsula. Although many of the beaches in Florida are perfect for a beach vacation, the Island Keys is not ones of these places. Thanks to the beautiful climate and water the Keys is perfect for a vacation filled with water sports, but not much more than that.

While in Florida you will want to go to the southern most point and visit the Hemingway house. At the Hemingway house you will get to watch some odd six toes cats wondering on the premise. On the Atlantic side of the state you should visit the fabulous and famous Miami Beach. Venture further north and visit Cocoa Beach and its famous Ron Jon store that is open 24/7. Although Cocoa Beach is a tourist destination it is still a great place to visit whether you are looking to lay in the sun or surf.  Read more...

Brisbane is the perfect destination for outdoor activities, giving it’s perfect climate. It is a relatively flat city and has various parks for you to enjoy walks, cycling and skating to your hearts content.

Cycling: With over 5,000 kms of cycle ways across Brisbane there are many rides to choose from. If you like you can take a ride around the river, explore the suburbs or even cycle around Moreton Bay. There is a booklet, Brisbane Bicycle Experience Guide, in the tourist information centres that will give you details on the numerous paths. Their are some scenic routes that follow the river, from 5 to 20 kms, or you can start off easy at the City Botanic Gardens and cross the Goodwill Bridge to the University of Queensland. Bikes are allowed on the City trains, with the exception of peak hours, City Cats and Ferries for free.

In-Line Skating: Cycle tracks are also great for skating. Skatebiz, on Albert Street, offers skate rentals and any safety equipment you may need for your day. Other great places to cycle are Southbank Parklands, City Botanic Gardens and Brisbane River paths.  Read more...

Taking a look at Phoenix, Arizona reveals a dynamic and still-fast-growing city that’s probably the jewel of the American Southwest, as well as the West in general, these days. Much of this is due to its extremely temperate winter climate, for one, while other reasons have to do with a generally low cost of living and the easy availability of low-priced land in and around the city.

The city itself is the capital of Arizona as well as its largest municipality. Additionally, its steady population growth has seen it reach #5 in terms of the top-10 cities in the U. S., population-wise. Currently, more than 1.6 million people call the city home, with steady growth expected in the years ahead.

Phoenix is also number twelve in terms of the largest metropolitan regions in the country, and over 4.4 million people live in the area. The town also serves as the seat for Maricopa County and is very near the tops in terms of total land area contained within its borders. Coming to appreciate San Diego hotel rooms and San Diego itself is easy when one begins to take a close look at one of the finest cities in the country in terms of geography, attractiveness and richness of locale. For sure, there are large numbers of hotel rooms both in the city and in its outlying environs, though just about everything around San Diego is considered to be the city.

While one doesn’t tend to think of there being very much to the west of San Diego, sitting as much of it does on the Pacific coast, the fact is there are several outstanding luxury hotels located across the bay over in Coronado. Additionally, the Navy’s commando training school responsible for turning out Navy SEALs is also located near Coronado, which is sure to be an opportunity for some sightseeing.

Much of the Pacific coastline that runs from the south of San Diego through the town and then to the north is populated with a number of excellent franchise hotels and independent facilities that are of high quality and luxury. None of these are going to be very inexpensive because of their locations, but the rates may be worth it considering the kind of service that each of them specializes in.  Read more...

These foods are mostly consumed at breakfast time and will make for a delightful dish when served up with syrup and powdery sugar as well as with berries and some butter.

There no doubts the fact that waffles are very delicious and they have been popular from the Middle Ages on to the present times. In their early days, the waffle was very thin and light and made for a very crispy cake that has been baked with the help of wafer irons.
