Vienna is considered one of the largest cities in Austria. It is located in the northeastern part and east from the Dnaube River in the country. Climate: Vienna climate is relatively warm, especially during summer season but winters can get extremely cold dropping to the freezing point. You can enjoy the snowfall in the city from December to March while precipitation is moderate almost every year. The most effective weather to visit the town is during spring and fall.

Transportation: Travelling in and out of Vienna is simple because of its extensive network of transportation. Commuters can choose from a number of types of public transports such as buses and trams however the most frequently used are the subway trains that have five subway lines.
